I LOVE your coffee, but I think I need to take a break from caffeine, how do I cancel my subscription?
Shucks. Unfortunately we don't offer decaf coffee at this time. Please email support@TastingNotesCoffee.com to cancel any active subscription.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
We will not ship oversees, but we can ship to a P.O. box.
Do you have customer service?

Do I have to get a bag every two weeks?
You can get a bag whenever you want! We roast every Sunday, with products shipping out Monday morning. If you are running low, or have been neglecting to drink your afternoon cup of coffee, just send an email to support@TastingNotesCoffee.com and let us know. We can adjust your delivery accordingly.
Do I really need a grinder or a "better" coffee maker?
